OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning the original company/ manufacturer of your vehicle (i.e. Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Rivian, etc.)
OEM certifications have a high standard of requirements set for our shop in order to maintain our certifications. Here at V&J Auto Body, we regularly go through inspections to ensure we are utilizing the latest technology and equipment, exceeding safety standards, and our technicians are trained on the correct repair procedures.
While we try to certify ourselves for every manufacturer, there are some that we are still working on obtaining. Not to worry! Our team of experts can still handle the repair. Throughout our 42 years in business, and with 32,000+ vehicles repaired, we have seen almost every make and model of vehicle come through our Lindenhurst-based Auto Body shop.
In today’s world, vehicles are becoming more and more complex. While these features make vehicles safer and more comfortable to drive, it makes the repair process more complicated. At V&J Auto Body, we have dedicated ourselves to staying at the forefront of the industry in these processes so we can repair your vehicle efficiently, safely, and better than OEM standards. As part of this dedication, we prioritize maintaining OEM procedures and standards at our shop.
Yes, both our Lindenhurst and Southampton locations benefit from our 24 OEM certifications. We have one central repair facility where our expert technicians repair your vehicle better than the original OEM standards.
