Dodge is often regarded as a leader in the domestically imported motor vehicle department. With manufacturing plants all over the United States, Mexico, and Canada, Dodge proudly stands as a North American made product. When your Dodge is involved in an accident, you need the best of the best working to bring it back to the factory standard.
When you are considering getting your vehicle repaired, you want to make sure that your technicians are qualified, the shop is certified, and the parts are authentic. V&J Auto Body is officially recognized as an FCA US LLC Certified Collision Repair Facility. V&J Auto Body specializes in bringing your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Our technicians are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
It is part of the reason that we are recognized by FCA US LLC. V&J Auto Body's recognition by FCA US LLC means that our auto repair facility exceeds the required industry standards and facilitate all of the mandatory training, tools, equipment, and customer service facilities to help ensure the perfect finish, fit, safety, durability, and value of Dodge's American standards. Since V&J is recognized by the Dodge, the repair process can best retain your vehicle's value at the best rate possible for a repaired car. In the V&J Auto Body repair process, we take special care to facilitate all of the mandatory training, tools, equipment, and customer service facilities to help ensure the perfect finish, fit, safety, durability, and value of Dodge's industry leading standards. Our repair process begins with the insurance adjusters as we tear down the vehicle. We diagnose and document every piece and trim that is taken down, giving us easy access to a library of your vehicles history to quickly diagnose any problems that may occur.
After tearing down and receiving authorization, we order the parts for your car from FCA approved Car Dealerships. We expect the companies we deal with to follow the same standards that both Dodge and V&J Auto Body follow as well. Once the car is put together we put it through a rigorous 120 point inspection. After it passes the inspection, we move on to the road test. By road testing the vehicle, we can confirm as to whether or not the vehicles repairs are up to our standard. We also run a diagnostics test on the vehicle so that the computers and the "brain" of the vehicle are functioning perfectly as well. After the repairs and inspections, we bring your vehicle on to the final stage of completion: the polish department. We make sure to polish your vehicle inside and out. We want you to feel like you're driving off the dealership for the first time again after the repairs. We feel that last extra touch makes the vehicle have that true touch of American service.
